Advisor of the Board
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, part of the faculty of social sciences, with a Major in Administration and a minor in human resources from Kigali independent University.
- Trained in Trauma Counselling.
She was nominated among 20 young achievers in Rwanda and elected among 5 leaders representing all students in Rwandan Universities in charge of internal and external relations.
Julienne also previously founded “Association de Commissaries au Genre Dans les Universités du Rwanda” in Kigali.
