Our Mission is to build a Healing Centre for all who struggle with Post-Traumatic Syndrome Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related effects.
Our Vision is to serve as a Multidimensional PTSD Research Centre for the purpose of healing, education, research and social advocacy.
Areas of Project Focus
Mental Health
Together with our community partners, we continue to participate in events and programs centered on mental health and wellness. We are working on implementing a crisis call Center and on boarding an on site mental health professionals to support the needs in our community.
We are constantly improving our capacity to support our community with resources, and tangible support such as; creating safe space for individuals, community groups and organizations who are looking to serve their members but lack the space and equipment to do so.
We are working tirelessly to improve the housing crisis by creating a sustainable affordable housing model for African Canadians. Our model called the African Canadian Affordable Housing Village Model. As we enter the next phase, our first step is a feasibility study followed by implementation of the pilot village.
