Rwandan Canadian Healing Centre's Board of Directors is made of volunteers from across the country with diverse backgrounds in business, government and social services.
RCHC's executive team and event volunteers work closely with the Board of Directors to oversee and execute day-to-day operations of the organisation.

Kizito Musabimana
RCHC Founder & Executive Director
Kizito Musabimana is the founder and Executive Director of the Rwandan Canadian Healing Centre. Mr Kizito founded RCHC in 2018 after overcoming PTSD (caused by the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda). He walked from Toronto to Montreal to raise awareness about PTSD challenges within the Rwandan-Canadian community. His walk took place from November 24 to December 11, 2016.
Chairman of the Board
An accomplished leader who has been recognized by the City of Montreal, the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada for his civic engagement, Moses completed an honours degree in political science at Concordia University before pursuing degrees in law at McGill University.
Secretary of the Board
Jocelyne Alexandre is a Co-founder and Vice Chairman of a non-profit registered Canadian charity called Shelter Them Poverty Relief with a mission to provide families in Rwanda with the tools and resources they need to have a bright, independent and sustainable future.
Advisor of the Board
Mr. Erixon has lived and served his Rwandan Canadian community since 2005. - “I consider myself to be a passionate community servant with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals in identifying their potential to share their passion through the service of others.”

Jacqueline Nyiramukwende is a highly resourceful team player and a motivated problem solver. She is dedicated to social rights promotion and is renowned for engaging in conversations focused on strategies to improve community experiences.
